The main metallic material groups which is in working range of Guray Engineering are Carbon Steel (CS), Stainless Steel (SS), CuNiFe, Copper and Aluminium (Al). The WWA certificates of Guray Engineering are approved by DNV, RINA and RMRS. The WPS and WPQR documents are approved by BV, LR and RINA.
Besides metallic materials, non-metallic like Glass Reinforced Epoxy/Polyester (GRE/GRP) and plastic (C-PVC, U-PVC) materials are also in working range of Guray Engineering. Guray Engineering has approvals for working on adhesive bonded and laminated connections of GRE materials.
Guray Engineering has also experience in manufacturing of Double Wall Pipe Lines. Double wall piping is a special purpose manufacturing method which is generally used in LNG/GNG and cryogenic pipe lines. In double wall piping the inner pipe is used for transfer of media and the outer pipe is used for insulation of flammable gas lines or for vacuum insulation of very low temperature liquid lines.
